2.1 Registration Data

6.1 Payment Processors

6.2 Game Technology Providers

• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the final communication in a support thread;
• Device and Technical Log Data: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, except where a security incident requires extended retention;
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent, or for three (3) years of inactivity, whichever comes first.

Where retention is required beyond these standard periods by an active legal proceeding, regulatory investigation, or enforceable legal hold, data will be retained until the relevant matter is resolved.

oketbet's responsible gaming programme relies on data analysis to identify players who may be experiencing gambling harm. Specifically, oketbet may analyse your gaming activity — including session frequency, deposit patterns, bet sizes, and changes in play behaviour — to identify potential signs of problem gambling at the account level.

This processing is conducted on the basis of oketbet's legitimate interests in promoting player welfare and complying with PAGCOR responsible gaming obligations. The results of this analysis may be used to: trigger responsible gaming tool recommendations within your account dashboard; restrict certain account features pending player confirmation of wellbeing; and in cases of severe risk indicators, initiate direct outreach by oketbet's responsible gaming team.

Data generated through oketbet's responsible gaming tools — including self-exclusion records and deposit limit settings — is treated with heightened sensitivity. Self-exclusion data in particular is retained for a minimum of five (5) years to prevent circumvention of the self-exclusion measure through re-registration.

The oketbet Platform integrates with third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others) and licensed game technology providers. When you initiate a transaction through a payment provider, you are interacting with that provider's service under their own terms and privacy policy. oketbet does not control how those providers use the data they independently collect during your transaction with them.

Game providers whose titles are hosted on oketbet receive limited player data (a pseudonymous Player ID and bet/win records) solely for the purpose of operating games. They do not receive your name, mobile number, email address, or payment details. Game providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for any purpose other than operating games on the oketbet Platform.

oketbet does not embed third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or any data-sharing integrations with companies whose data practices are unrelated to operating the gaming platform. This policy covers only oketbet's own data practices.

oketbet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or the services we offer. The current version of the policy, with its effective date, is always available at oketbet.app/privacy-policy.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how your data is used — oketbet will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) calendar days via the email address registered to your account before the updated policy takes effect. Continued use of the oketbet Platform after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may contact the DPO to exercise your rights, or close your account before the change takes effect. Changes required by law or regulatory obligation may take effect immediately upon publication, with retroactive notice provided as soon as practicable.
